Shadow Puppets

These workshops use the basis of the Wayang Kulit shadow puppets from Java, Indonesia as a basis to design and make puppets that could form part of a story.

Using a shadow theatre, participants can experiments with the screen to bring their puppets to life. This project could combine with Indonesian focussed arts such as Gamelan music and batik.
